Heather is a Registered Practical Nurse and trained foot care nurse, focusing on treating a wide variety of foot conditions including corns, calluses, ingrown nails, plantar warts, fungal nails, etc. while providing basic, advanced and diabetic foot care.

Heather is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough for Practical Nursing in 2011, and with previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Heather Pazder has a long history of working with seniors and their families to ensure the highest level of quality, compassionate care.

Heather started her nursing career with Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg, ON, working on various units, Emergency, Acute Care, Palliative, Surgical, Rehab, Restorative Care/ Continuing Complex Care, before moving on to Quinte Health Care- Belleville General Hospital , gaining experience working on the Surgical In-Patient Unit.

Heather also has experience working in long term care where she experienced first-hand how a variety foot conditions can be complicated by medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, circulatory disease, dementia, and changes associated with the aging process.

Heather started Sole Rejuvenation Foot Care as a way to give back to the community when she saw a real need for basic, advanced & diabetic foot care for clients in the community. Proper foot care and teaching can drastically improve a person’s health.

Her focus is on providing caring, patient centered care through a one-on-one approach, ensuring their concerns are addressed with  compassion and respect.

 Heather is consistently upgrading her skills and knowledge through new courses & workshops.
